We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.

All purchases made on our website are eligible only for exchange, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in original condition

  • All original tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • No signs of use, damage, washing, or alteration

We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet our quality inspection standards.

To request an exchange, it is compulsory to:

  • Record a clear and continuous unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The product condition inside

This video is required for verification purposes.

Without a proper unboxing video, no exchange request will be accepted.

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Record the unboxing video as mentioned above.

  2. Email us the video along with:

    • Your Order Number

    • Registered Name

    • Registered Phone Number / Email ID

    • Clear reason for exchange

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  • We only offer exchange in the following cases:

    • A wrong product was delivered

    • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

    The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video.

    After verification, we will arrange an exchange accordingly.

  • We do not provide refunds unless:

    • The exchanged product is unavailable, and

    • No suitable alternative or replacement can be provided.

    If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

    • It will be processed within 7–10 business days

    • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Once approved, the customer may be required to ship the product back to us (if applicable).

  • The exchanged product will be dispatched after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • Exchange delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • An alternative product of equal value, or

  • Store credit (if applicable)
